The Information about the Trade Center

Before 2007 the biggest trade-entertaining centre “Stolitsa” in Belarus of European standard was opened in Minsk: modern design, magnificent architectural decision, original construction will impress visitors.

TC “Stolitsa” is situated at the central square of Minsk – Nezavisimosty square. All its pedestrian part is a roofing of underground trade centre which is situated on 4 levels. The areas of more than 75 000 square meters are used for rent by trade shops and boutiques, public catering, entertainment and rest.

The railway station and bus station are situated 400 meters far from the trade center, the metro is situated 50 metres far. The most boisterous streets of the city are stretched through Nezavisimosty square.

In a radius of 300 meters there are a lot of administrative buildings, the House of Government, the Minsk Executive Committee, 2 universities: Byelorussian State Pedagogical University and Byelorussian State University, Roman-Catholic church of Saint Simeon and Elena, 4 star hotel “Minsk”, the main post. That is why  the location of the trade center is convenient for visiting it  by the guests of the capital city, and the citizens of all districts of the city.

In the TC “Stolitsa” there are more than 100 shops and boutiques, which occupy square from 30 to 1105 square meters, kiosks and counters; fast food cafe, restaurants, bars for 1000 visitors, children’s play room, photo services, bank offices, 5 video saloons, billiard club, bowling, karaoke bar, toilets, information office and other objects. Mobile connection is also available.

The visitors get to one of three underground pedestrian streets from each level of the parking. The stages of the trade center are linked with each other by escalators, passengers and panoramic lifts.

The unloading of goods is executed at the cargo yard and the delivery is executed on the special underground roads with using cargo lifts.

Advertising assets are situated on the territory of the TC “Stolitsa” where the owners of small, middle and large-scale business have the possibility to locate their advertising. The system of discounts is available.

The functioning of the trade center is executed by administration of the trade center, security service, video observation, engineering ensuring and Emergency Control Ministry.

The presentation, concerts, demonstration of models and other cultural-entertaining activities are held at the central hall which is 15 meters high and 25 meters in diameter.
